Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
❌ Returns will not be accepted if:
The product is used, washed, or damaged
Tags or packaging are missing
The item is an innerwear, personal care product, or sale/discounted item (if applicable)
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Replacement
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Return Pickup & Shipping
Return pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
If pickup is unavailable, the customer may need to courier the product to our return address.
In such cases, courier charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
